Return/Cancellation Policy
Goodbye Couch Pty Ltd endeavors to supply the correct product in new condition and operates a case by case returns policy.
If you, the purchaser receive a faulty or incorrect order please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt of goods and we shall arrange to send you a replacement.
If you, the purchaser have simply changed your mind you must advise us and initiate the return of the goods to us within seven (7) days of receipt of goods, in as new condition. We shall refund the cost of the product on receipt of such goods returned but the shipping cost back to us is the responsibility of you, the purchaser.
