If you have not done much or any exercise for a long time you will have a few sore muscles because you will be using muscles that you have not used for a while. Therefore it will be very important you start at the very start, with the basic level and don’t try and do too much too early. Although you may feel really good and want to do as much as you can, your muscles will not be conditioned to these exercises, so you will need to slowly progress through the levels of the exercise, not skipping a day if possible.
