We have also included stretches in Goodbye Couch! Fitness and should take about 3 minutes. These stretches are called static stretches and are to be done after exercise once the muscles have  warmed up. These stretches accommodate.

After exercise stretches

  • Shoulders
  • Hamstrings
  • Triceps
  • Quads
  • Calves
  • Chest
  • Back

They help reduce lactic acid (reduce muscles soreness) and DOMS (Delayed onset muscles soreness) and also increase joint mobility and flexibility which will help joint and muscle mobility. Also makes you feel great after exercising. These stretches are an option for Goodbye Couch! Fitness but are highly recommended.
