Goodbye Couch! Fitness is based on 5 basic exercises which slowly increase in difficulty throughout the levels resulting in an improvement in your strength and fitness levels. Always start at the lowest difficulty. Please note the rate of progression and level limits we recommend below. You should check with a physician before going beyond our recommendations.

Rate of Progression (No. of days at each level)

These recommendations may differ for you dependant on your health,
fitness level or strength abilities. If you are feeling sore after exercise or struggling to complete the level you may have to spend more days on a
particular level, especially if you are over 50 or have a health condition.

Level Limits

This fitness program is great for all ages, but not all levels are suitable for all ages. The higher levels are not appropriate for those over 50, though, there maybe those who can go beyond the recommended level for their age.
